Competition time…

Earlier in the week, I was contacted by DisabledGo (a company that provides useful information regarding access to thousands of venues across the UK and Ireland) about helping to run a competition. Of course, I accepted because their website attracts a lot more readers than I do so fingers crossed I might get more traffic in the next month or so.

DisabledGo have recently opened an online shop, which sells equipment such as mobility aids for example to help disabled people live life, providing independence and choice. To celebrate the launch, a free £50 voucher for the new store is up for grabs and entry could not be easier. There is a competition widget on the right side of this blog but first I should explain the various ways to enter.

Follow DisabledGo on Twitter https://twitter.com/DisabledGo
Tweet about the competition e.g. I've entered a #competition to #win a £50 voucher for the @DisabledGo #disability store! Find out more: LINK to this post (this can be done once per day for multiple entries).

Make a purchase from the DisabledGo store (this grants a huge number of entries but is, of course, entirely optional) http://www.disabledgo.com/shop/
Leave a comment at the bottom of this post telling me your favourite thing about ‘The Adventures of Wheelchair Boy’ (keep it clean).

The competition closes on March 16th but I’d recommend entering now before you all forget.

As with all competitions, there are Terms & Conditions (not lots) so quickly check them at the bottom of the widget. All that’s left for me to say is good luck and if you’re a new reader, welcome to my blog. Feel free to have a look around and check out my archive posts.

Bye for now!

  5. My favourite thing about The adventures of a wheelchair boy is the realism. It also makes you realise you are not the only person with a disability.

  7. Im a new reader and have had a look through and I love how refreshing it is and how it says how things are. It shows how being in a wheel chair isn't the end of the world. My dad has MS and can sometimes get quite miserable with it thinking everyone looks at him. I will be telling him all about this blog tomorrow.
